About Me

Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed or anxious, having difficulty coping with life changes, feeling hopeless or lacking purpose in life? You’re not alone, and things don’t have to stay this way.

Hi, I'm Patty. I specialize in helping adults overcome anxiety and depression, foster meaningful relationships, heal from trauma, and become their healthiest and most authentic selves. I'm passionate about working with individuals who are ready to dive in and do the work, and I'm committed to helping you achieve your goals. My ideal client is focused on personal growth and healing.

Most clients would describe me as friendly, kind, and approachable. I like to use humor in session and I will never shy away from the hard, uncomfortable stuff. My approach blends evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and Person Centered Therapy, with a warm, collaborative process that will help you uncover the root of your challenges.

As someone who has navigated my own path to healing, I know how daunting reaching out can feel. But starting therapy is one of the most empowering choices you can make for yourself. Together, we’ll develop practical tools to ease anxiety, heal from trauma, cope with depression, and help you thrive in all areas of your life. I can’t wait to connect with you.

Experience

I am a licensed and independent clinical social worker with experience in providing mental health support in hospital settings. A graduate of the University of Washington with a Master's degree in Social Work, I honed my clinical skills through dedicated service, helping individuals navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges.

As a therapist, my work is grounded in a strong framework of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered Therapy, along with a set of core values - including integrity, compassion, trust, and open-mindedness. These principles guide my professional interactions and ensure that each client receives empathetic, effective care tailored to their unique needs.

With a deep commitment to mental health and wellness, I am dedicated to fostering lasting therapeutic relationships and promoting resilience in those I serve
