About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington State with graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Washington. Since 2008, I’ve supported individuals and families across medical, mental health, child welfare, and crisis settings. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, offering a compassionate, culturally humble space to navigate challenges, build insight, and move toward meaningful change.
I believe challenges touch many parts of life, and each person carries deep wisdom about their own story. Through a trusting therapeutic relationship, we work together to access your strengths and create meaningful change. I draw from client‑centered, strengths based, CBT, DBT, solution‑focused approaches, and motivational interviewing to support your growth
My goal is to offer a supportive, open, and non‑judgmental space where we can explore your concerns, clarify goals, and uncover strengths. I provide both emotional support and practical tools to help you move toward what matters most. I believe a relationship grounded in trust, compassion, and authenticity can be a powerful path to healing and growth.
