Rates: $165-$185 per clinical hour
In certain circumstances a sliding scale fee may be negotiated

For any insurance questions, please check with your insurance to confirm coverage.

For EAP programs, we need your EAP form and authorization number before the first appointment or we can't guarantee payment. If EAP is denied we will bill insurance to cover payment.

We do not bill secondary insurances. We can provide superbills for clients who would like to submit them to their secondary insurance provider on their own.
