Hi, and thank you for being here. I commend you for considering therapy. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington with 18 years of working with children, youth and adults. I have worked with people of all ages affected by depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, chronic medical conditions, life changes, children/parents/ foster parents who experienced the child welfare system, and First Responders.

 

I offer practical, strengths-based, person-centered therapy through a trauma-sensitive and culturally responsive lens. Individualized treatment approaches draw on various techniques  including but not limited to motivational interviewing, CBT techniques, and DBT informed techniques, always considering the person in environment.
