Thank you for visiting my bio. It can feel overwhelming juggling multiple demands at home and in the workplace. We can experience great amount of stress from different life transitions. As a clinical social worker, I believe everyone can learn, grow, and work through challenges. I work with individuals with variety of issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships. I utilize “talk therapy”, strength-based therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy.
