ABOUT ME
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with diverse groups of people including children with disabilities and/or health concerns, teens, adults, older adults, and persons at the end of life. My specialties consists of clients with depression, anxiety, new/chronic illness, life transitions, past or current trauma, stress, and relationship issues.

I utilize client-centered therapy, strengths-based therapy, solutions-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I am also certified to provide Aroma Freedom, a modality that works to quickly and gently dissolve the negative thoughts, feelings and memories that hold us back from reaching our dreams.

My goal is to provide an open and supportive environment where we can explore your concerns, develop goals and discover strengths. I believe that we all are inherently magnificent, and I’d be honored to help you to rediscover your own, true magnificence.
